For 2018 Scott has spec’d the 27.5″ models with plus size tires for more traction. You can still run 2.6″ or 2.5″ if you wish. You get all the benefits of the new spark along with the added traction of plus size tires. Upfront you have a Fox fork with 130mm of travel and 34mm stanchions for added stiffness. Scott’s twinloc handlebar switch connects to the fork and rear shock and lets you adjust between open/medium/firm, allowing for the most efficient pedaling possible. A Fox dropper post gets out of the way for when the trail gets rowdy and you have jumps in your path. Features include tubeless rims and tires, sealed bearing hubs, and a SRAM 1×12 GX Eagledrivetrain! This is easily one of the coolest rides we’ve seen in a while!
