About the Build

By now this swiss army knife of mtb’s needs no introduction, but what we will share with you is what the new Evil “LS” versions have over their predecessors. First up and most obvious are the new colors! Second is the UDH derailleur hanger. We love this for several reasons… it is much easier to find a spare when on a roadtrip and it allows for additional rotation when taking a hit. It also protects your derailleur against chain jams by pivoting back and out of the way. The last addition to the LS models is the integrated spacers in the shock link. This makes installation/ removal of the shock much easier thankfully.

This particular build got some nice touches to give it a unique look. The rider had a vision from the start and it was a blast being there to help it come together. We started with a stock GX/I9 Evil Offering build and added some gold bits here and there along with a Oneup carbon bar. GX AXS was also the move to make this one even nicer! Maxxis gumwall tires and a chromag trailmaster saddle round out the build and provide a one of a kind look. The photos don’t do this one justice. Ask any rider who’s been lucky enough to throw a leg over an Offering and they’ll tell you it’s the funnest bike they’ve ever rode. It’s no wonder it’s one of our most popular mountain bikes we sell!
