The first bike is the new Kona Jake which is able to ride everything from city streets with potholes to gravel commuter paths to muddy cross courses. For 2012 the Jake features internal rear brake cable routing, a 10-speed Shimano Tiagra/105 drivetrain, and high end Maxxis mud wrastler’ tires!

The Kona Hei Hei Deluxe is Drew’s new 29er’ and he would be happy to let you test ride it. This bike is the real deal, no gimmicks here! A new ultra stiff 142×12 rear axle makes for a very stiff rear end and makes the centering of the rear wheel a breeze. High end Easton XC wheels, Avid Elixir 3 brakes, and a Sram x7/x9 drivetrain wrap up this sweet ride.

Designed specifically to be an excellent-value, entry-level mountain bike, the Mahuna is a 29-inch-wheel hardtail perfect for those with a curiosity for jumping on the big-wheel bandwagon. Built using Kona’s sweet-riding 29er geometry and 7005 Aluminum Butted tubing, the Mahuna is all about keeping things simple and fun, with components selected to keep the Long Sweet Ride going for years.
